Uhm by chest, I'll safely assume you mean your breasticles.
Doing abdominal exercises may shrink your breasticles by a small, negligible difference. I mean, exercise that causes you to burn fat will eventually burn off fat from your breasticles.

All abdominal exercises are effective EXCEPT sit-ups. Most people do them incorrectly which causes them to strain themselves.

I stated this in another thread, but I'll state it now.

A popular misconception nowadays is that the abdominals are separated into "upper" and "lower" sections, when in fact, the ab muscle is one really long muscle. So "upper" or "lower" exercises have the same impact. Working out one part of the muscle, works out the entire muscle.
However, it is recommended to do a variety of "upper" and "lower" ab exerices.

Leg lifts, hanging leg lifts, crunches, reverse crunches, bicycle kicks, sidebends, jackknives, and etc etc etc.
If you google "ab exercises" you will get a good amount of what exercises to do.

I found a site though for you to fiddle with.

i disagree, sort of. sit ups are extremely effective, however, if you do them incorrectly, they are inefficient, not neccesarily straining, however.

here's my ab regimine that i learned at school (i go to the Naval Academy), do this after some cardio (swim/bike/run) make sure you're at least a little sweaty before doing this:

50 reg crunches
45 "balancers"
45 reg crunches
45 side-to sides
40 reg crunches
45 obliques, each side
35 reg crunches
40 lay down crunches
30 reg crunches
50 flutter kicks
35 reg crunches
40 legs straight up crunches
30 reg crunches
40 6-12in leg lifts
25 reg crunches
stretch abs
1 min max sit ups. (sometimes more)

you'll be sore like no other for the first week, and if you can't do the numbers, subract 5 from each excersize. as you get stronger, add 5 to each excersize.

good luck, any questions, please PM me!

^ I'm quite sure no one has the willpower or the strength to complete that haha. rolleyes.gif

And sit-ups done incorrectly in a frequent fashion do strain your lower back.
But I guess I am speaking from personal experience only.
