Hi!!! Another fan of Kara ^^
So glad they finally debut!!! I saw a few months ago (like in november) that a second Finkl will be formed and the company wished that the group will enjoy the same success as Finkl did in the past (that's why they called them the second Finkl)

Among all the new girl bands (Baby Vox Rev, Wonder Girls, Cats), Kara is the group that I looked forward the most: I always like singers from DSPentainment => their music always catch my heart the most in some ways because of their originality, especially in finkl's music through their albums (just my personal opinion)

All the new girl bands did a well debut in the kpop scene and I was wondering if Kara would do as well and they DID!!!
These days, girl bands went in a cute/feminine image or sexy image, but Kara choose a boyish/old school image and I like it!!!!
I also like their music: you can find different styles of music and some songs remind me of the atmosphere of the remake album of Finkl "Memories and Melodies" (sorry, I know that a lot of people don't like comparison here as I read lol, but I'm also a fan of Finkl and i just noticed it, plus it's not negative^^)

I watched almost all their performances and they did a great job: but they can do better and i don't doubt they'll do better in the future.
Their dance is really complicated...no doubt it's hard to be concentrated and smile at the same time...
I also like their outfits but not the caps: I like the performance where only Nicole wears the cap (it only suits her I think)

About the girls, they are pretty^^
As everybody said, Seong Hui looks like Lee Hyori and Chae Yeon.
Does anybody find that Seung Yeon looks like Moon Geun Young? especially on the album cover(or when she doesn't smile)? I don't mean the same nose or eyes, but the same...something!
Gyu Lee and Nicole are unique for me. (don't really agree that Gyuri looks like Isak)

Omg thats what I thought too...Seong Yeon looks like Moon Guen Young to me when I saw her not smiling in the pictures...lol

It does take me a whilllleee~ I just finished the last 3 today because I have something else to do XD
I don't understand Korean that much, just the basics and common, so yeah~ I kinda can survive in korea! ahahaha!

I can't wait for their upcoming perf too~ I hope they improve more this time and be better than the previews perf. Not that the other perf are not great XD but I hope it will be MORE GREAT XD

Abt. the MV. I can't stil find news about it too I wanted to know what's their theme~

Nicole lived in southern cal?!!? Never knew lol...Whenever I watch the korean channels on my tv its only news on nonfamous things o_O or boring dramas...I only have 2 korean channels so I cant watch performances and stuff liek that T~T..Another reason why I want to go to Korea

I forgot to mention one thing in my first post. Korea has 2 album sales charts - MIAK (Music Industry Assocaition of Korea) monthly sales chart, and Hanteo weekly sales chart.

I understand that Hanteo sales does not account for pre-orders, MIAK does. Pre-orders are usually made by distributors, which is what YesAsia is buying from.

Stefan specifically mention that YesAsia sales count towards MIAK sales. May be that explains why. If you are referring to Hanto's sales chart (which most people do), the YesAsia sales were not reflected there. unsure.gif

the song "alone" is under DSP Ent. i think. it doesnt really sound like Sung Hee, but its does say KARA as the artist name so i'm assuming its one of the KARA girl. but aside from sunghee, the next person i think sang "alone" would be Gyuri....maybe they sang it together??? cuz i know nicole and seung yeon voice....and they did not sing that song. i think Sung Hee has a really mature voice, i love her 3 leaf clover song.

HEhe yeahz, one thing I like from these girls is their IMAGE!
Since all/most of the other girls group went for the sexy concept, I thought that these girls would have went for the sexy concept too. Actually I heard their music before seeing their faces. And I was so glad when I saw the performance, and they werent wearing sexy clothes or anything.
Don't get me wrong cuz I have nothing against the sexy concept. I just find their clothing style really cute. Its something...realistic?
I let my friends liten to KARA's music and they wasnt as interested as me. Hmmmm but I'll make them. XD
Anyways, I'm definitely getting their albums soon^^ I honestly like the music.~

oh o.k. I prefer buying it from Yesasia, cos it has free shipping to the world, and if you buy elsewhere you have to pay a shipping costs of about $20, which is pretty expensive.
So i guess, if you're planning to buy the girls album go for it, cos it supports them ^.^ I would like to see more of Kara's performance...
