Heechul started it off by naming himself Cinderella. He also named all the other Disney crew boys.
Donghae, his best friend became Pinacchio, Kibum(who he actually used to HATE with a passion at the beginning XD) got the name Snow White, and Shiwon joined later with Simba because he thought Heechul was the coolest person ever and kept pestering Chul about it and Chul was like "fine you can have a nickname". XD
