stop watching illegal street races and attend real races.
body kits are garbage unless they have been aerodynamically tested to lower the c/d.
search for civic forums for ideas on how to make power.

I suggest not shifting your car using 2 and 1. I think D4 to D3 might be ok, but going down further you may blow up your transmission.
My first recommendation is doing some suspension work by lowering your ride height, but don't slam it.

esp in a 2007 civic 4 door? thats madd weight most of the parts you have to get aftermarket at teh dealer if you dont want to void warranty
and i suggest you not downshift from d4to d3 or whatever you do doesnt really get you anywhere besides if your cars still in warranty which im assumign it is and you take it to the dealer because yoru having tranny problems and they asked you what happend your obviusoly not gonna tell them oh yea i was racing or whatever.... their not dumb... all they gotta do is open up the casing and look and i bet their are abunch of teeth on the bottom of the bousing, which will pretty much void your warranty.
but liek everyone else has said you can just throw on the big 3 which is intake/headers exhaust, not sure if itll eb a significant diffrence but its a start
suspension lighter wheels uhhhh iuno body wise just do whatever you feel nessesary.
as for motorswaps im not sure if anyone has even droped a kseries into a 2007 4dr but hey i bet someone out there already workin up to it so nothings impossible
but if it were me id trade it for another car and work from there

Seriously tho... you've got an auto. I wouldn't bother doing anything to it. Take all that money you'd wanna spend and use it on something actually useful... like a kick-ass car audio system.

If you are planning to straight line it then I suggest you just sell the car and get something with a MT, if not then get an intake or something, chances are you are either going to get beaten by someone with a MT or someone with a car that you have no chance to keep up with. Unless you have the money to do a manual conversion and really modify your car then I think it is pretty pointless... who are you trying to keep up with? You are obviously a long way from getting close to swapped engines, forced induction and anything other than a four banger. Your tranny probably doesn't like you much either and its life expectancy is getting lower and lower. So for the sake of the car just drive it like it is supposed to be driven, as a commuter. If not then you should upgrade.

A. Stop trying to be cool and take advantage of the good gas mileage the Civic gets.
B. Just get a lip (If there are any decent ones for the Civic) wheels, springs & struts, K&N Drop In Filter and call it a day.
C. Get a custom license plate frame and put "Custom License Plate = 50+hp"
D. Go to the cops and tell them that you've been a bad boy/girl.
Honestly, i'd just stick with A and B
ps. It doesnt really help to put it into 1st and 2nd

Who would swap a K into an 07 sedan when they make 07 Si sedans equipped with a K.

people who dont got an si? trust me people do it
and dont just throw out the why not just get the 4dr si?
its like a person who get s a 96-98 civic and turns it into a 99-00 si.
anyways other people do even though sometimes it makes no sense
