WOWOWOWOW this thread is so...amazing. God is amazing. This is so encouraging. lately i felt like i was backsliding in my faith, but i think this is helping me in some way or form.

i was SO surprised to see so many Christians on Soompi. For some reason i didnt expect much, but man, i was rocked again.

-my faith with God
-relationship with parents
-what i want to do in the future and weather or not it will glorify God, cause i know everything you do should
-school. my grades are so bad that im worried im not ganna get into college lol
-strength to continue on this life

I was just thinking about how I've really been ignoring prayer and my faith has grown so weak... I'm trying to incorporate prayer into my life one day at a time

But here's the thing. I think a lot of people might become frustrated with their prayers in the sense that they might not see God giving them the things they pray for. It's times like those that I believe we need to realize that praying for what we want is alright, but we also need to make sure that we always ask whether or not it is in God's will for our lives. I truly believe that God is always looking out for us, His children, and wants the very best for us. He is capable of seeing things we cannot, and even if we don't have things go our way, we should always remember that it is His way that really is the best, and only way to go

Wanted give an update
God came through in a big way for me and my finances
I applied for this scholarship, and wasn't expecting much out of it.
Long story short i received two checks totaling 1,500
Thank God most def and everyone who prayed for me.
I'll have to pray double hard for everyone else now.

- To maintain good health in our family and be healthy
- Hope that nothing bad happens to my grandpa :'( So hes able to live healthier
- Having some money problems I hope this all gets resolved soon or on its way to
- Hoping my dad and mom will get back together; even if they had a rough past...
- Having some troubles with friendship...trying to maintain friendship with a few people. I feel so lonely these days/weeks/months and friendship problems
- Hoping I theres room available at the airport so I'm able to get hired and work there
- Hoping everything after this point in my life will go smoothly
- Pray that I'm able to get accepted into university this year
- Education/academic problems. I need to stop procrastination and have more self control to do finish the work assigned!
- hoping my mommy's health is as good as before. she gets stressed and angered so easily i hope she can stop being so stressed out and angered
- hoping my mom with find some friends she can social and interact with that are really nice
- I need to take better care of myself
- also hoping I can fix my sleeping pattern and let me sleep earlier; i've been sleeping around 3-4am - 12 pm

Lately these days I am filled with self-doubt, no confidence, no motivation, and a lot of lonliness. I just feel really inadequate at the moment. So it would be nice if people could pray for me to find myself again. To understand that we all lack and that we aren't all perfect. I need someone to pray for me to find someone I can be open with so I don't have to bottle everything up. Please pray for me to succeed and to find the inner peace that I am lacking. I'm feeling so lost and all I want is to be found. I will also pray for the people here as well. We all have problems and situations in our lives and maybe we can be each others solution.
