Cowon D2 Black/white 4gb

I'm planning on buying this mp3 but I'm not sure which color to choose, black or white.
Those who already own one any comments on the color, which one is better?
Currently it's priced at $219.99 on Amazon.com any other places with better deals?
I'm also thinking of purchasing a memory expansion card for it, any suggestions on what's good?

Umm....I just find it odd that people ask what color they should get since they are the one's that are going to be using it all the time.

Anyways.....I don't own one, but here's another way of looking at it. The black will look less dirty while the white would look ugly if it ever did get dirty.

Personally, I would get the black one. Both colors match with anything so it's basically your choice.

As for the SD cards. Sandisk, Kingston, and PNY are some of the best in my experience. Sandisk is the most expensive, but you can find great deals online.

Yeah color is color but some comments like this "btw, if you plan on buying this get the white version like me. black looks like CRAP."
make me think twice before buying. So I just wanted to make sure.

personally i'd pick the white one<3 lol
happiness shouldn't be dependent on other people whose actions you cannot control.

I was on Amazon recently.. they're both $209.99

I'd so want to get the Cowon D2 but they only come in 4gb and the largest space in a SD card so far is 8gb..

The cheapest ones I found are here

B&H Photo and Video for about $200. The white is out of stock though so you'd have to wait a bit for it to be in stock. Shipping is about $8.40 - $9.90.

I am planning on getting this player too. personally I'm getting the white one (matches all my other electronics and it's simple and clean looking) but I think the color you choose should be all about what you like. Also, you know they are comming out with more colors soon right?

i saw a vid review on cnet and they used the black one, so i guess you could call that a more "real" view than what you see on ads. It didn't look as appealing or shiny as i thought it would based on pics from the cowon site (and on soompi).

I would get the white one...i think it's prettier, but that could just be me biggrin.gif Wow, you're really lucky--it looks like an excellent player!

No, I didn't know they were coming out with different colors, but black/white always matches with anything so I'll probably end up choosing one or the other.
Seems like the white one is the way to go though...it's $10 cheaper too haha

Thanks for the $200 link, hope they get more soon.
