I recently had an AP Biology test. I studied so hard for it and then when I got it back I realized that I bombed it. It was really discouraging, since I studied sooo much for it. Now I have another one coming up soon and I don't want to do anythihng for it, because I feel like I'm gonna bomb it again. I got an A in the first semster, but the second semster is being hard.
So my teacher said that on the AP Exam if we get a 5 we can get A's on both semsters, so...should I study for this upcoming test on human anatomy...or should I not...

Getting Discouraged How to prevent it?

It's just something you can't dwell on. Always look forward at what you can do to improve, not how discouraging it was to fail a test. Assess the problems you had on the last test. What was it that bothered you? Was there a pattern to the questions (i.e., wording, if it was conceptual, concentrating on more facts than hypotheses, whatever)? Just don't let one test demoralize you this much. Failing one test that you studied for should not equate to not studying for another one. Good luck in your endeavors.
All I can suggest to you in preventing demoralization from tests is, just accept it as a fact and move on. Failing is bound to happen, unless you have a natural affinity for passing tests without trying.
