How To View .pdf Files ????

I downloaded music sheets and the file type are .pdf but I don't know how to open them because I don't have any approriate programs for it. Do i need a program?

I would be appreciated if anyone helped me. Thanks

www.adobe.com and get the pdf reader
or google adobe acrobat or soemthing like that... theres a free 1 u can get.. O.o
