I didn't look up any information about Dell monitors, but I'm sure what you have to do is get the drivers for your model brand.

A monitor with usb slots on it is a first for me.

Go here and find your model: http://support.dell.com/support/topics/glo...;l=en&s=gen.

My school has these monitors too, but it never worked.

I just looked at some reviews and found out that dell doesn't have drivers for this monitor for the usb ports. I should've done this earlier. Thanks for the suggestions. smile.gif

okay this is a stupid question and I'm pretty sure you checked, but is your monitor USB cable hooked up to your computer? the usb ports on dell LCDs have always worked for me.

first thing that popped into my head too. >_<

you shouldn't need to download drivers for a usb hub on a monitor since it's basically a usb hub glued on to your monitor.
