hey...for any of you do-it-yourself people....when you put the gems on your nails...do you just stick it on your nail when the nail polish is still wet or with nail glue?

Use some kind of flue. It won't stick by itself when you put it on the wet nail polish

Yea it does. I always use fake nails when I do nail art and I use superglue. I dont know how you'd do it on real nails..

1. if you get your nails done (fake nails with designs, french tip,...) how long does it last? 2-3 weeks?
2. you have to go back to the salon to remove them right?
3. for diy fake nails with designs that you have to put it on with glue.. do you guys shape them first? iunno, some of the nails are too big and they look weird when i put them on

1. after 2 weeks, its obvious that my nails are growing out and it's time for a refill.
2. you can get them removed at the salon, but i just do it at home. i soak my nails into acetone and peel them off.
3. when i get them done at the place, they put it on my nail first to see how big it is and then they use the filer to file it down to make it smaller to fit my nail and then they glue it on.

When i do my nails myself, the glue usually does not seemto be strong enough and my nails will fall off through a weeks period. what can i do to prevent this from happening?

is there a way i can fill my nails on my OWN ?

my nails use to be long..but ever since like 5 years ago, ive been cuttin them short A LOT so that i won't have to recut them again. i do that because i need ta play guitar and piano. i dun play em anymore because i aint got the money for it. but my nail are SO short because of that. how do i get em to grow longer? it grows longer, but its only the white/yellow tip part that grows longer and it looks unproportional compared to the flesh nail part.

I have a question about nail hardener. I recently purchased Nutra Nail Maximum Strengthener, and I applied 2-3 coats, like it told me to.

It's been a couple of days (4, I think?) and the nail hardener is peeling off and there are crack/seeps/whatever you call them on the top of my nail. (The white-ish part.)

Is this supposed to happen?
