i tried the asian squat... and i cnt do it T____T and im asian XD! only can do the wester 1.. my feet just wnt go flat on the floor dammit..

I didn't know some people couldn't do that squat. I thought everyone can do it.
But yeah, it's way more comfortable than the "American squat".
