Special K Diet lose up to 6lb within two weeks

you can still eat fruits and vegi, drink water and other things as you usually do
for dinner you can eat what you usually eat
u can lose up to 6lb within two weeks
this diet is on their website ^^
its not so hard considering how yummy their cereal is xD

it is proven that this works, but you also have to exercise along the way the success stories are from eccentric and riceandunderwear

Do any other types of cereal work? I currently probably eat about 5 bowls of cereal a day and finish 2 or 3 boxes a week.

I don't think you'll be saying that after eating it for breakfast and lunch for more than two days. XD; Believe me...
I know from painful experience. D:
But, then again, it can differ from person to person. :] Depends on who you are, really.

thats why you stop eatting it slowly so you wont gain it back ^^
it works like that with all diets, you can't just SUDDENLY stop, you'll definately gain it back, you always have to get off the diet slowly so your body can start getting used to everything normally again.
btw, you also have to eat the cereal w/ low-fat milk.

yeah i know =/ i read on their site abotu how the ppl gained it back quickly the main reason why o_o you lost the weight in teh frist place is beacause you reduced calorie consumption o_o
so if you just reduce what you eat you'll lose weight o_o

think about it.
if u replace two meals with it, ur total calorie intake is gonna be about 200-300 calories for each meal.
then say your free meal you eat about 500-600 calores.
so ur total calorie intake for a day is about 900- 1200 calories.
the basic concept is deducing ur calorie intake, which you can do with any food.
but yea. special k doesnt taste bad at all

you dont have to eat cereal for lunch too, wouldnt it be weird if u bring cereal and milk to school to eat at lunch o_O
you can eat their snack bars and stuff

I was on it for 1month
2 bowls a day .... for 30 days
after the month was up I was at the weight I wanted to be.
I still find myself eating special k's once in awhile, but never a lot.
Unlike most people that starts eating 5bowls a day i got tired of it after that month was up.
Lucky me, but I don't think I lost the weight from just eating the cereal.
I worked out while I was on the diet to gain muscle weight.
The cereal just gave my tummy something to full itself up with and wasn't fatty
Thankfully like everyone said; it is good though
not nasty cereal ;D plus you get a few favor to choose from so yeah not boring at all

Then my parents went crazy and that's all they bought...special k everyday for breakfast...for like 3 months = same flavour too.
But I did end up losing 5lbs from that until I started going out for dinner and stuff >o< then I ended up gaining back 5lbs XD
I may try it again though, since it's pretty good and healthy.

i lost 7 pounds actually.. and kept it off!!
it was one of my new year resolutions. haha, to stick with a diet, and i chose the special k since it was short and easy (well, for me. haha)!
but i did exercise, so don't think i just ate cereal and watched tv all day. haha

I never tried it but having cereal that many times a week seriously makes me sick to my stomach.. EW!
I tried some of their cereal and I've only like 1 or 2 of them T_T
Some of them have no flavor whatsoever and it's disgusting. (Sorry how this sounds kind of rude.. )
But I don't plan on trying this.. O_o;
