Kim Wan-sun decided to retire from the business.
Kim Wan-sun, often called the “Korean Madonna”, left Korea in November last year and since then, lived in Hawaii.
As she did not specify when she would be back, it was concluded that she has stopped doing music.
Kim debuted in 1986. She sang and danced sexily like Madonna and was a popular icon during the 80s. But her popularity slowed down in the mid-90s when boybands and girl groups emerged.
