Hmmmmm.... wat should i do

should i go to YMCA to swim and lift, or continue tae kwon do
which would burn more fat, i do 2 hours of tae kwon do eveyday
but i dont really try dry.gif but if i did try would i see results?
and any tae kwon do secrets and gumdo secrets and i do haedong/hwarang gumdo

swimming makes me tired and very hungry. for example if i go to a the beach, a water park, or a swimming pool for several hours, i really work out an appetite.
