If there's a type of food I can't get enough of, it's PHO.
It sucks when I get cravings for some late at night.

For those of you who don't know what Pho is. It's a
Vietnamese cuisine(at least I feel it is). It's consist of
Rice noodles and various assorted meats bathed in a
bowl of tasty steaming soup and accompanied by various
vegetables. YUM~~

although there are several pho threads already, there arent too many pho restaurants that please me, because the service and food arent that great and ive been to a lot and i mean a lot. its funny how in westminster pho restaurants try to out due each other by giving free drinks, staying open for 24 hours, making it cheaper, and so on. there's even a $1.99 pho restaurant and charge for water to make up for the costs. its funny in a way. sometimes if you want pho done right, you got to make it yourself or hire a personal chef that will cook it to your standards.

There are??? 1.99? It ranges from 6-7 dollars for a small
teeny weeny bowl that can't even satisfy infants!

To admit the truth, I find Pho that my mom makes

The broth is ehhh. Altho its yummy, the soup based is poorly done... that is compared to Ramen. Oh gosh ramen is soooooooooo good, makes pho look like a little kid =]

my mom makes it like every 2-3 weeks and i go to eat pho like every friday with my dad ^^
i eat pho ga or that one with like EVERYTHING in it , forgot what it's called .
but i don't like eating it all the time , so i eat rice with grilled chicken and toasted egg ^^
