Will just putting on facial lotion after be enough to moisturize ? Because I'd like to do this but only put on my Estee Lauder facial lotion... is that okay? Or do I need something "special" ?

do the test on my wrist first? & Where can you
get Aspirin in Toronto? Shoppers Drug Mart maybe?

Hi everyone,
Me and my sister actually used the aspirin mask for a while. I only used it once a day rather than twice a day and I really only did it 2-3 times a week rather than everday. Anyway, fast forward to the important stuff. My sister visited a hemotologist becuase she used to have a blood disorder. When we met him, my mother pointed out the several bruises that started appearing on my sister's legs. And after a quick examination, the doctor INSTANTLY asked her, have you taken aspirin lately? We told him about our use of the mask and he instantly shook his head at how women would do anything. Apparently, aspirin affects your platelet count, dropping it rather dramatically. Through continuous use of the mask, the aspirin gets absorbed through our skin and it affects our platelets in such a way that it can hinder your blood's ability to clot, etc. He also said that this was the cause for my rather extreme nose bleeds. For the aspirin's effect to completely wash out of your body, you'd need to wait 2 weeks. He said that aspirin doesn't affect everyone the same way (it does lower your platelet count, but it doesn't necessarily mean you'll bleed to death) but I just tthought I needed to inform future users. The aspirin mask made my face feel wonderfully soft and smooth. It works, hoenstly. But do step into this with both eyes open =)

OH MY GOSH. Someone PLEASE post this on the front page!
This is pretty important >.<
I was using the aspirin mask for about 2 times a week (I've only used it about 3 times so far) and I started getting these random bruises on my body. I was wondering where they were coming from because I didn't remember ever hurting myself! Thank you SO much for posting that! I agree that my face does feel a little nicer after using it, but I'm definitely going to stop now. That's really scary...I'm glad that at least I can wait and it'll wash out of my body...Thank you again!

I have been using it for four times now.. I don't use it everyday.. only twice a week
and I notice bruising on my legs. Yes, again, I don't remember hurting myself.. I thought
the bruises came from the bug bites and it was itching so I was scratching it. I notices bruising like this week. I have about three bruise on my legs.
After reading this, I guess there's another theory to my bruises.
I want to stop using the mask for a while, but at the same time I want my face to clear up
since the mask really makes my face soft.
I just got done using the mask right now. I'll stop using it and see if the bruising stops.
Thanks lilazndreamer, for informing this =)
