There isn't really anything I can do about my butt because all the females from my mom's side have it too.
However, my legs are totally freaky. They're mostly muscle (I do tae kwon do everyday), but the upper insides of my thighs are fat. When I tense my legs, about 90% feels like a wall (according to my friends cuz they keep poking my legs
Also, I have ginormous calves from t.k.d. I've tried massaging and stretching them, but I haven't seen any change from when I started two or three weeks ago.
Can you girls recommend any exercises or tips to get rid of my pudge and/ or slim down my calves?
