drinking water, water, and more water.
staying away from carbs, like bread, rice, etc.
always take the staircase over the elevator.
when you wake up, maybe do some quick stretches.
green tea<3.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Eat healthy, no fast food. Eat 5-6 small meals a day.
If you eat bread, take whole grain or wheat.
Sleep early and wake up early.
Exercise at home if you have spare time. There's hula dancing, turbo jam, yoga, hoop dancing... they're all in this thread. If you have money.. buy a good elliptical and exercise while you do studying or whatever (tv if you are actually watching it).

little things that you do in your everyday life can help with losing weight
- taking stairs instead of elevator
- getting up to change channel

eat dinner early, so you have more time to digest before you go to bed. eat more earlier in the day, eat less later in the day.

umm what I do right now is
breafast,, I eat rice,, lunch,, skool lunch,, and
dinner, I eat salad and I never eat after 6 pm
and I exercise 30~40 mins per a day ^^
