Fishermen... on a boat... catching crab in rough conditions. Sound interesting?

Not too much... but I'm so intrigued by this show. I can't pinpoint why I think it's cool to watch... but I guess I enjoy seeing whtat they pull up, what dangers lurke ahead, how the greenhorns do, and who is going to catch the most crab.

I like the Northwestern because the brothers are funny, and the Cornelia Marie is fun to watch because of the sons working with their father, but I can't wait to see how the newbie captain Blake does (forgot the boat's name...).

I can't be the only one watching... or am I?

i like this show alot. at first iwas like "fishermen? o_______0...what kind of show is this?!" but when i got into it its really good. =D who knew fishermen had such a ...dangerous job. DID YOU SEE THAT EPISODE were 3 of them just died . that was sad =[ and when that dude nearly lost his pinky!

The first and second episode were so intense. And that one, sole survivor... you could just see the traumatization/shock in his face.

The job is pretty dangerous, but the pay isn't that bad. I really like Sig. He's so funny and hard on his deckhands.

i watch it sometimes when im surfing the channel i see it on and for some reason i watch it.. haha
sometimes i say "why am i watching people catch crabs?" but i dunno it's interesting

when i heard how short the crab season is i was really surprised. they said it used to be like 3 months then it became like 3 weeks and now it's 3 days. O.o that's harsh

Sig`s kinda...wierd. a good wierd =D hes constantly on thier backs. its hillaious.
YEEESHHHHHH! its so dangerous! like you could slip and fall and die! D; dear jebus. but i fell bad for the only ONE survivor. just to see his shipmates die like that T_T ugh horrable. but what i dont get is the crab season.how long is it? cause sometimes they describe it in "hours " and stuff.. IS IT REALLY ONLY 3 DAYS LONG? o___________o...

I think it is normally longer than three days. I watched a bit of last season... and I think they were out for a few weeks. I think it really depends on how much they catch and how fast they can reach their quota.

And those huge crabs look freakin' delicious. I always get hungry when they show people at the restaurant eating their king snow crabs. YUM.

the new episode this week scared me D= i thought that guy was gonna die! T________T he was only in the water for mins. but thank god they rescuded him. the poor guy loked like he had hyperthermia

im excited to see next weeks the crab look HUGE!

i just ran past a poster for this show.. i didnt read all of it cuz i was walking really fast but i managed to read "$150,000 in 10 days for catching crabs."
