i have to do this webpage project for school but i don't know how to find the codes for cute, animated icons..i either have to pay to have membership for ONE animation or they're really ugly ( )
i remember when i did xanga and stuff, there was a lot of "special effects" i could add but now i don't remember any of the sites that host it.

so can anyone help me find sites or possibly make one for me?

like changing the cursor to a different object, random fireworks, anything w/ transparent background
im pretty desperate so
