When I say 'diet' drinks, I don't mean Diet Coke or pepsi or anything like that.

I mean healthy drinks that are good for a well-balanced diet.

For me?

I just recently bought a huge bag of grapefruits.
And a huge bad of oranges.

Then I juice them and mix them together for a tasty, citrus-y, blend.
It tastes great and I could feel myself getting healtheir (hahaha. if you know what i mean)

What about you? What are some of your 'diet' drink recipes?!

Blending apples, carrots, and celery.
It may sound nasty but it's really good. Super good.
It's like a meal replacement ^^
I used to blend it all the time when I was in Texas and I lost 15 pounds in 2 months (only replaced dinner, but did 2 hours of Turbo Jam everyday).
Because of the apple, your skin reall glows, etc.
But I stopped after I moved to California because I don't have such a strong blender T.T
The blender costs about $400-$700. But it can blend ANYTHING. A whole apple- including seeds and skin. That way, you get ALL the nutrients ^^

Red Bean "Juice" (you can get red beans most anywhere, all korean supermarkets sell them)

Get red beans and boil them in water. Take out the red beans, drink the "juice" and then eat the beans.

It works. It just tastes nasty.

please do not PM me asking me to close threads, etc! i am no longer a mod! ^^ thanks!

protein shakes are also good on the go... keeps your brain and body healthy and produces a feeling of satiety, unlike fruit juices that almost immediately causes hunger.

don't buy unflavoured protein - it's really cheap but it tastes like liquified cardboard (and usually not available at most stores). the more popular flavoured kinds taste like melted ice-cream if you mix them with milk.
