What do you do when you're really stressed?
I've been super overwhelmed lately
and was wondering what you all do to relieve your stress. blush.gif

you play games, watch a movie, listen to your favorite music, or read a really good book.

You should try take a long bath and relax candle and such. It's alway work for me.

shopping is my anti-stress. lol; no im serious. not window shopping, but SLURGING. ^__^
or listen to music & lay off the books for a day. go out to the city, karaoke, and have fun smile.gif

um this really works for me and i thought you should try it to..
well there is this one 'yoga' method where it's easy and helps releasing stresses.

1. you just have to simply lay flat on your bed.
2. cup your hands together and put it on your chest.
3. breathe in then breathe out. continue on for 3 consecutive times.
4. slowly go down to your stomache and repeat #3.
5. now stretch your hands and legs out and repeat #3 again.
6. sit up slowly and then you would feel better.
7. make sure you do all those.

p.s.- hope it helps. and remember to breathe slowly.

I lie down and breathe deeply. If it's concerning school...I tell myself it's not the end the world (if it's a test) and I can only do what I can do at the moment even when I'm doing things really last minute LOL. Just focus on getting things done.

My accounting teacher was really good. On the day of our midterm, she told our class to stop freaking out about how bad you might do and just focus on what you can do and what you know. It really helped out (I got like an A- on that midterm lol). Anyway, I tell that to myself before tests and stuff like that, even job interviews. Just do what you can do...do your best, and it's not the end of the world if it doesn't work out.

I think besides the usual - music, watching dramas to get my mind off things...I like to talk to a good friend.

Life is too short to stress too much. So stress about for a bit, and then get to work or just realize everything will be all right hehe. (I wrote a lot, probably cause I'm a total stressball and a worrywart!)

this may be cliche, but i seriously just listen to music or read a book. it makes me happy sometimes. :] and it takes the world out and all u can do is care about what you're listening to or reading. lol

I like doing retail therapy [aka shopping], but if I don't have the money then basically just hang out with friends and laugh out the stress? lol, or just take a really nice bath ^^ that always works for me <3

After relieving my stress though, everything's kinda worse sleep.gif
I usually play games... or just lie on my bed and listen to quiet music. I might stretch and do some yoga.

I listen to upbeat songs on my mp3 and throw balls around with my lacrosse stick. Just throwing the ball really hard and fast lets me take all my stress out.

Other than that, I just lie down and listen to music, or eat ice cream smile.gif

school has been nothing but pure craziness for me since january.

well, i guess every girl's stress reliever is shopping, no? biggrin.gif
but i only do that if i'm more restless stressed

if i'm just tired stress music is my therapy.
put on your earphones and really listen to the music, focus on the lyrics and all. it really takes my mind off of whatever's stressing me out

a really hot bubble bath < feels reallly good
