mannnnnn I'm doing not doing an english extension essay riiiight now.
it's actually due on tuesday but I really want to get it done tonight.
it's nearly 10pm and I have 5 physics pracs & 5 chem pracs to catch up on...........

yea i do it all the time... the worst was when i had to write a 8 page essay the night before it was due... i got an A though but it was a rough night and morning

I ALLLLWAYS write essays right before it's due. For example... I have one due on tuesday and dont plan on starting it until tumrw (monday) x_x I usually get decent grades. and I never find myself starting it early o_o

that is so like me... i don't think i've ever written an essay way before the deadline. it's weird... thoughts come flooding in at the last minute. Like if we were asked to write one in school.. if the period is for one hour, 45 minutes or so was just spent for staring at my blank paper and then Boom! few minutes before the time... i'm already hurrying to write whatever pops into my head... what surprises me more is that it turns out to be a good one but still with few minor errors

Every single time. Doesn't matter what subject, I always wait until the last moment. For research papers, I usually research beforehand, but I don't write anything down until the night before it's due. The only times I get panic attacks are when the papers are 8+ pages lol. I'm a pro at it!

i either do my assignments the night before.. or the morning it's due.
it's funny when i get a better mark than someone who spent a long time working on it

lol i do that for chemistry all the time. i have a 5 page essay due on june 4th and i dont plan on doing it until the night before hahahaha. x]

YES. I'm a big procrastinator and back in high school I used to always do it the night before and go to school late to hand it in and then go home. Sadly, I've done that more than a few times.

But usually I find it easier if I start earlier so that I have more time to check over it/add more things.

As for me, my brain functions better whenever its already near the due date!
I don't know.. I grew up to practice that.
When I lack motivation, pressure is the key to get me going.

I guess what you said was true? Its like im pressured..and I do my best when im under pressure, who knows??

But I have to stop this habit, its guna ruin me one day lolss especially when I get to uni..
If I procratsinate in uni, my life is over lolss

But its not like I dont put effort into my procratsinated work, for essays I spend roughly 3-5 hrs on them
and on assignments and projects and stuff I usually end up pulling all nighters or almost all nighters anywayss
so yeahss I guess this is the price I pay for procratsinating...

Been there. Done that... and it works sometimes =P (And yes, I have done so in university courses, AND I survived). Lab reports, Post-labs, Pre-labs, Biology essays, English Essays (which I wrote 3 hours before the thing was due, my class was at 9:30AM, and STILL got an A- on it. Oh those keeners who spent the entire 3 weeks on theirs and only got a B+ were pissed... haha).
