Yes, that happens a lot to me. I can be a really big procrastinator at times, but I always get an A in the end. happy.gif

hahaha just last month. i had the outline done for the intro and first paragraph but anything after that was all the work of the night before. i end up having a 3- or a 3(B- or a cool.gif on it. and just last night, i had to write an editorial that was due today. i really gotta stop doing stuff last minute...and yet i'm planning on writting this article that's due wednesday, on the day itself...ish i'm so dead.

I think back in high school I wrote a history essay about cloning a few days before the due date. I ended up failing that entire course, because it was my last chance at redemption.

Once there was a 12-15 page paper that the class had been working on for weeks (with rough drafts, revisions, etc.). I didn't do any of the rough drafts and didn't start until the morning it was due. I wrote 16 pages in two hours and got a 94%, which was actually the highest grade in the class sweatingbullets.gif it was the defining moment of freshman year.

i've done that last year, for my term paper (worth abt 30%), still got a decent mark.
but then the semester after that, i started on the paper 3hours before it was due, and not surprisingly , i didn't do that welll. passed but was so stressed =.= hahah

Haha I did that a few times
And I end up finishing the essay really late at night.
I should stop doing that, and do it earlier
Sometimes I get a good grade and I'm like O.O
Cause that timeI really made everything off the top of my head and we were suppose to have written a rough draft and hand it in to the teacher(which I didn't do)

i love writing papers the night before.
well, only subject papers.
english papers, i actually write ahead of time.
but history papers? i usually stay up until 4 am...ha...ha XD

Haha, do you know how many all nighters I have pulled writing papers the night before?
Too many for a healthy person. ^^

Sometimes I end up with an A, sometimes a B. Once I ended up with a C+ but tahts the lowest I've ever received.
Do you really mean it?

Not always a good grade, but there're significant times. Lol...

Well.......... If there's 80 pages of textbook to read. I will prolly skim through them, get the general idea & quickly jump into writing the essay. Pwahaha. After all, your teacher will know if you've written your essay more than if you've read the text. Although tricking your teacher into believing you've read completely takes some skills..

yep. loads of times.
usually, because of time pressure, i somehow do well cuz my essays end up more focused and straight to the point.
like with history and english, i usually write good essays even if i did it the night before.

but not when writing a 'last-minute' essay if it's concept heavy, e.g. Economics.
i need to grasp the concept first and then i can write a gd essay for it.
