i got a graphics card and the requirements says i need a comp with 400 watt power supply, my computer has a 350 watt power supply. Would it still work fine even if i run it with a 350 power supply?

It depends on other components and quality of your power supply. My friend was in the same situation as your, his psu was running fine with his 7600 and a couple days later he had to buy a new psu because of overheating.

If your current powersupply has enough to spare (ie: is not working to capacity) AND is quality (Antec, PCP&P, Seasonic, etc) it should be fine.

i think i'm using my 7600gs on a 250watt or 300 psu
nothing big, had it since christmas.
so.. it could be fine, but you never know
