and which kinds are good?
some are 400, 500
ganna use it to run and lose weight. not walk

i bought it on ebay..
..but i find myself doing turbo jam and yoga more.
i'd usually add in around 30 minute to my workout depending when i have time each day.

Ellipticals are supposedly better than treadmills because they take stress off your knees? i forget. =.=

rawr, but my parents wont get one cause they know i wont actually use it as much as i exagerrate i will HAHA.
i guess the only option i have is jogging outdoors... which doesn't sound so exciting. LOL

but it's really good and works well just like any other treadmill that i've used at school and fitness center
if you just want to run to lose weight and nothing else, then no need to buy an expensive one i think. buying a low price one isn't bad either

Once tried a treadmill, my ankle and knee joints hurt like hell, probably because of I didn't wear the proper shoes.
Don't wanna use one anymore since then. Trauma.
