I have an elliptical, which i use whenever i have time.
i bought it on ebay..
..but i find myself doing turbo jam and yoga more. smile.gif
i'd usually add in around 30 minute to my workout depending when i have time each day.

I personally use one, i like to get out early in the morning and jog. I think its rather soothing to jog and getting all that fresh air into your lungs.

i've been wanting to buy a elliptical for a long time.. but I have no clue which one is really good, too lazy to research right now.

Ellipticals are supposedly better than treadmills because they take stress off your knees? i forget. =.=

I wish! :[ But I do work out at my dorm gym and I run on the treadmill. It's a REALLY cool treadmill cuz it has a fan on each side so you don't get too hot. I'm thinking good ones would all be at least $2000. But if you don't need any features, you should definitely just get the $400-500 ones. They probably wouldn't measure heartrate and whatnot.

Why get a treadmill at all? You are better off running outside or an indoor track. But if you must, get an elliptical and save your knees from future problems.
I won't bother since I won't read the rules and they won't accommodate.

Oh man if I had the space i'd totally get one but I think i'd rather get an elliptical.
Some say i'm a genius, others say i'm crazy

my mom bought a treadmill, it was like a chinese brand or something, so it was pretty cheap
but it's really good and works well just like any other treadmill that i've used at school and fitness center
if you just want to run to lose weight and nothing else, then no need to buy an expensive one i think. buying a low price one isn't bad either

I have an elliptical. My hubby got me an elliptical a few months ago. Have been religiously using it since then <3

Once tried a treadmill, my ankle and knee joints hurt like hell, probably because of I didn't wear the proper shoes.
Don't wanna use one anymore since then. Trauma.

It snows for link 6-7 months here, so I'm planning to get one so I could exercise during the winter months.
I've tried them out at gyms before and found it quite fun, so hopefully, I'll make good use of it.

Airdynes are one of the best pieces of fitness equipments out there. our varsity gym and wrestling room have airdynes. many elite college wrestling programs have airdynes; the list is very long. if you really want to get in top shape, you should look into them.

my apartment complex has a gym so I use the elliptical and the treadmill for some intense cardio
I actually hate running very much, I'm just doing this for a year, until I start figure skating next summer.
