Does it matter which way you hula?
I heard somewhere that you should hula both clockwise AND counterclockwise in order for your sides to be even??
Or something like that...
Is that true? Because I can't do both sad.gif I can only hula clockwise, haha~
Any experiences? Suggestions?

If you hula only one way, one side of your waist will be curvier than the other. Do both ways so you'll have curves on both sides.

I hula each side 20 minutes each a day.

Everyone has a natural way that they can hula hoop. It's fine that you do the way you're comfortable and good at but it's also important to even it out by learning how to do it in the other way. You need to do both ways to be balanced.

Since you hula clockwise you're a "right hooper". I'm also a right hooper and I have a real hard time doing left hooping. You just have to keep practicing and force yourself to do it the other way. Try to find how you right hoop and do the same the other way. I can barely do 1 minute left hooping @_@ lol but it's better than when I first tried

Also wanted to add that before I couldn't only do one side as well. Then I kept trying to do the other side. And before I knew it, I was pro at both sides. cool.gif
