It`s supposed to help when your feet fall asleep.
Like if they`ve been sitting on them too long or something, Koreans do that a lot.

HAHA i do this a lot and my friends stare at me weirdly..
if you lick your finger and apply it to your nose, it's supposed to make the pins & needles in your legs go away=)

It's more of an old wive's tale/ tradition to help "wake up" your leg/ arm/ foot that's asleep.
