Partition Missing

So I come home today and find that one of my partitions is missing. I have no idea what happened when I was out but Windows recognizes my partitions like this now C:\, E:\, meaning D:\ does not show up at all.. What to do now?

Under
Control panel > Admin tools > COmputer management > Disk Management, how does the stuff look? Your drive still there? Maybe it just lost the letter.
