all you need is the anti-glare screen protector by moshi smile.gif

I shudder at the amount of air bubbles that you'd get from a 15" screen protector X_X

I recently purchased the new MBP with the Mini DisplayPort but already have an old 20" Apple Cinema Display (This one to be exact.) I wanted to use these two together but I'm not sure which adapter to use. Despite reading reviews and stuff.. I wasn't too sure because some of it got too technical for me.

Would it matter which one I got? Which would be better? What's the difference between the 1st and 2nd adapter other than the fact that one is dual-link?

Mini DisplayPort to DVI Adapter

Mini DisplayPort to Dual-Link DVI Adapter

My guess is that the first adapter is for the smaller displays (~20") while the second is for the 30in displays from Apple but I'm not too positive so I wanted to ask just to be sure smile.gif

I think all you need is the first one. I had to get the second one because my monitor is 30"

how do i uninstall a program correctly? i dunt think dragging the application to the trash helps. i downloaded this mcAfee program and it blocked my internet so i tried to remove it by putting it in trash.(fixed my internet) but it's still there:

see the icon right about.....there, with the exclamation mark? thats mcafee program^
it occasionally tells me to 'allow/decline' when i open a program for security issues.
any uninstall programs or teach me to uninstall correctly? thank you

and also...i know that most viruses lurking around are for windows users..but those harmless viruses we get from downloading and such; wont it build up in macs? wut wuld happen? shuld i just find a security/virus program anyway?

aw i dunt like it when my posts end up last..no one can see it sad.gif
plz someone help me?

Yes you can but it's a violation of iWork's EULA.

Apple hasn't made a very good first impression, I'd say.

hmmm..I'm planning to switch from a PC to a Macbook Pro. What are some major differences? I heard that you have to buy all the application on a Mac that you can usually dl for free on PC such as Photoshop, Microsoft Word, etc... How about wma file, will a Mac play those files? ahh so confuse whether I should get a Mac or not. The notebook looks so nice and clean...the appearance is definitely a win win but iono about the system and how it run and stuffs. Also I'm planning to get the 13" Macbook Pro but iono if i should get the 2.26GHz or 2.53GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, is there much difference? and the macbook pro 13" doesn't have a speaker?!?

That's just terrible luck -- but they'll set it right at the apple store for sure. I've gone through... hmm... like 6 Mac computers in the past 3 years (I'd just replace it with the next one, not like one died or something) and nothing like that's ever happened to me O_O

I have a Speck, and it works great for me.
The removing part isn't that bad, I didn't get any scratches on mine.
Just do it very, very slowly. And don't take the cover off often.
I only took mine off twice in the past year.

did dirt/other stuff manage to get in rather easily?
I'm still debating on whether I should get a sleeve or a hardshell case.
