okay so i need to print out color pictures, but when i do, the color doesn't work!!? i don't know why. I have a Dell Photo Printer 720. It shows that i have color ink, but it just prints out the black and white, and you can't even see the picture. PLEASE!!! i need help, i tried taking the cartrige out and putting it back in but that was no use. I even out a new one in and it doesn't work. Please help me if you have any advice or anything!!

How long was it since you've printed color? Sounds like your print heads are clogged. Did you try running a "Print Head Cleaning"?? That *may* work?!

1. Wrong section, i think its gonna get locked
2. maybe u have the settings on black and white?? i highly doubt it but in the case it is... print -> properties -> advanced -> check color box?
