Hmm...maybe it varies from school to school, but at my school the P.E. grade isn't included in the GPA. And I'm pretty sure most universities don't look at gym grades in their evaluation.

PE's not a part of your GPA....

it depends on your own school's policy. some schools count it, others only count academic courses.
at my school PE was considered as any other class, and therefore counted toward my GPA.
usually
A = 4.0
A- = 3.7
B+ = 3.3
B = 3.0
B- = 2.7
etc
so just add up them up and find the average.

It all really depends on how many other classes you're taking and what grade you received in each one. You can figure out your GPA by adding up all the grade points and dividing it by the number of classes you're taking.
A=4
B=3
C=2
D=1
F=0
ex: 4A's and 3B's.. 4(4)+3(3)=25
Then 25 divided by 7 = 3.571
Also I'm not sure if your school district does this, but if you're taking any honors, AP or IB classes, your GPA is weighted too. So it'll bring it up a little.
