I am stuck between CUNY Hunters and CUNY Baruch and I dont know which one to apply as a first choice because you only get accepted into one of the CUNY's. I am undecided and I dont know which would be better for me. help please!!

I think it's all up to you.
I, too, am applying to CUNY Honors and I think I'm going to pick Baruch. My intended major is business, and I think Baruch would be the best choice for that. Hunter is also good...for some stuff (I think?). It's the only CUNY with dorms although I heard the City College will have em for the '11 class. Mm...
Just look up what each one's good for and match it with your intended major.

Hunter has its own train station...
you get accepted to 3 different cunys, but you can apply to 6.

SAT (once only) 2120
M: 790 W: 720 CR: 610 (
)
SAT II: World History 750
Math 2C (in December but 750+? o_O)
5 APs by graduation (5-6 is the "competitive" norm by graduation at my school [bronx science])
Uhhh..
President of a club (3years), VP of a club (3years), Cross Country (2years), Volunteerwork at two places(1+3years), tutor (4years), 1-2 insignificant awards, Study-Abroad in Japan for a month.
yeah my ECs sucks.

EC: almost nothing, nothing significant at all
I want to go to cuny honors because of its relative short distance from home
