my umma makes this tripe jjigae type thing she like cuts the tripe into pieces marinates it kind of like jjigae then boils it for a while - then wait a bit so its not all rubbery and tough when u eat it

yup I eat it in Pho and Lap (a Thai/Lao beef salad) also sometimes my mom makes it by boiling it till its tender and mixing it with cilantro and scallions then you dip it in a pepper sauce yumm =P

when I was young, I used to love it and eat it all the time when going to yum cha. but that was before I realized what it really is even though the chinese name is very self explanatory. I don't eat it anymore now.

hahah me and mah sis cooked it sometimes..yeah and we did it pretty good. i think^^..believe me becoz Im a picky eater. -__-". I think adding ginger, lot of garlic, and some sesame oil is my secret recipe . Actually i just had a stir-fry tripe with string beans for dinner. It is yummy X3...And one crazy good tripe is "Pha-lau" *doesnt know what it is called in other cuisines*. It is a slow-cook marinated cow internal organs, yep sounds like eekkk, but belive me it is delicious. It's a pity becoz i dun eat it no more becoz of hygiene matter --__--..

The only dish I eat that has tripe in it is kare-kare.
