I'm a bio major and I'm taking ochem -___- which isn't going very well at all. I'm at risk of having a D in the class (but hopefully I can maintain a C) I can't drop the class because I'm only at around 61.5 units WITH the class so I'll be short some units if I drop. My questions are:
1. can you still transfer with a failing grade (or a grade lower than a C).
2. is it possible to make up the credits over the summer and STILL transfer? or do the UC's want to see that you have all your units done by the spring semester?
I'm hoping that someone here has gone through something similar to this before
ahhh, I'm afraid I'll have to spend another year at a CC.....................
My last day to drop the class is FRIDAY, so I'd be veryyyy grateful if anyone could give me a response by then.
I'm going to go see a counselor at UCI tomorrow... but I wanted to get some insight from you soompiers... you know, just in case anyone has gone through this here and can give me any sort of advice. It's already too late to change the class to credit/no credit... and if dropped, I'll get a W, but that can be taken care of so I'm not worried.
THANK YOU!!!
