Is this camera worth it? I just noticed that it came out, and it has less MP than the SD900 (SD900 has 10MP while SD1000 has 7.1MP). Its a lot cheaper than the SD800 and SD900 too, its only $250 compared to $350. Does anyone have this camera and would like to give me a review XD? Also, the design is boxy, so I don't know if its worth it or not.

I'd rather get the SD750 that came out with the SD1000... Sure it's chunkier but bigger screen >_<

I don't think you'll need more 7.1 MP unless you're going to make poster-sized photos.
If you're just going to print 4 x 6's, you don't need anything more than 4 or 5 MP really.
I looked up the specs for both cameras and it doesn't look like there are a lot of major differences between the two,
other than the fact that one is 7.1 MP while the other one is 10 MP.
Personally I'd get the SD1000. I wouldn't pay an extra $100 for 3 extra MP that I don't need.
