yesterday i worked out my back but today my triceps are sore. is this supposed to happen or was i not doing back stuff ?
heres the stuff that i did
close grip pull downs three sets of 10
seated cable rows three sets of 10
lats pull down on the machine 3 sets of 10
single arm dumbell row 3 sets of 10
yet my triceps are sore maybe i did them incorrectly or is this supposed to happen

okay now i feel it in my back my shoulderblade area the most i guess its not really my triceps that hurt but maybe because its more along my upper lats ?
Mainly in this case you most likely have weak triceps so they are sore just by supporting your main muscles.
whats the best exercise to lost weight w/o gaining muscles? i heard running is bad..shud i walk quickly then?
clean up your eating ~ run for 1-2 hours a day. stick to chicken or fish and other then that salad. no rice no pastries no junk no chips no juice ~ learn to eat.
ive been working out heaps, doing workout videos that employ strength training with cardio and my muscles are sooo sore. muscles i didnt even know i had a aching. (i can still move them, they just ache.)
should i keep doing the video everyday or should i rest? i dont want to stop exercising but i dont want to do more harm than good.
make time to rest at least 1-2 times a week you most likely should invest 2 days a week just to rest but that isn't an excuse to eat garbage.
I have slightly the same problem as Mani4ever, I injured my foot a few days ago and it hurts quite a bit.
I've been steadily losing weight and I'm scared that if I take a few days off my foot to let it heal, I'll gain back the weight that I had worked so hard to lose.
be scared if you splurge and pig out ~ if you eat clean salads chicken breast and fish youll be okay ~ stay far away from carbs if you aren't exercising.
Never under estimate the importance of rest ~ but if you are resting you didnt earn any carbs.

I usually run on the threadmill or use the crosstrainers... Unfortunately, the muscle in my back started hurting and my doctor says I can't exercise untill the pain disappears :'(
I wish to lose 3kg but I can't exercise (I'm doing some small and easy ones, like 8 min abs, etc)
aishh (_ _) I want to become slim, so can you guys recommend some work out where I don't put too much efforts on my back?
