but when i was in college, I saw people spent an hour on the treadmills, and then they did the cardio lifting machines.

well..im in need of losing weight in about a month now...
and this is wat i'm basically eating everyday..
Breakfast-
special k 3/4 with soy milk or organic 2% low milk
and 2 slices of whole wheat bread (toasted) with jam
Lunch-
wat ever the special is, unless its fried or anything bad..oherwise a turkey sandwich or a salad
Dinner-ish (3:30)-
salad with grilled chicken, tomato and oil and vinegar
or grilled chicken with mixed vegetables with soy sauce
MY EXCERSISE (6:30-8:10)-
tae kwon do and gumdo- which consists of
monday-running/warmup and cutting
tuesday-kicking/forms and forms
wednesday-sparring (sweat like crazy
thursday- jumprope skill, dagger throwing
friday-gymnastics/falling technique/running/self-defence/nunchukas/cutting its demo team day and fighting skill
saturday-judo ect...
weekends
breakfast-
special k
2 slices of toast (whole wheat)
lunch-
salad
OR
since its saturday and sunday i might cheat by eating mick d's or wendys
dinner-
i'll be home so w.e there is..
help me..lose pounds
i cheated today by eating mcdon
i do this OJH yoga (yes, im desperate)
and 8 minute ab workout..
my goal right now is up to 20-30 pounds in a week
a girl did it and i tihnk i can too

How many people have a six pack and have fat legs? or six pack
and fat pecs? think about that.
The only people had liposuction!
The human body is too smart to make u look unbalanced!
People with fat pecs and a six pack need gynecomastia surgery because they did steroids.

i was on this strict diet over the summer[May-August] of 2005, i was 174 went down to 152 from 14% fat to 7-8% fat
can you help with my workout? all i really do is bench, curl, butterfly press, situps and run but i need more variety for my abs =/?
GOALS!
Current Weight: 165
Current Body Fat: 12%
Goal Weight: 145-150
Goal Body Fat: <7%
Goal Workout: get back my 6-pack and larger biceps...cuz my legs are pretty much all muscle and my shoulders are brawny..but my biceps arent as large as they used to be
Current max Bench: 210
Max Curl: ??
Time:Before Christmas?
Breakfast-
cup of juice or half a pint of 2% fat milk
Scrambled Eggs or something small like a fruit
Lunch- 11:30~
Caesar Salad with a small strip of naked chicken breast cooked with a George Foreman Grill
or something meaty...avoiding as much wheat as possible
Dinner-ish Dinner 5-6~
Same as Lunch
Snack[between lunch-dinner]
certain fruits
Drinks
Water
Energy Drinks during workouts
Exercise[1-2hrs after dinner]
Sunday- Break!
Monday- 2miles run/3 sets of 10 benching 140lbs
Tuesday- 2miles run/100situps
Wednesday- 70lb curls[full bench bar, two arms] 5 sets of 5; 3sets of 10 for 120lbs butterfly press
Thursday- 2miles run/100situos
Friday- 2miles run/3sets of 10 benching 140lbs
Saturday- 150 situps

make sure you eat more often (smaller amounts). Instead of 3x, eat 6x. Eating less often makes ur body think it's in starvation mode and therefore slows metabolism.

thanks for making up this topic.
my friend is taking these T-BOMB II pills. 3 times in the morning and 3 in the evening.
can u tell me what this pill bottle seem to do?
He wants to get big and he eats so much but he feels if he lifts weights he'll get sore and wont heal.
ive tried to advise him to eat meat and protein shakes and eat real foods, nothing processed.
he wants to gain weight and he is also asking if there are certain pills or anything to gain weight.

ur metabolism will be so freakin fast if u eat 6 small meals a day..keep trying..i did it and i was on a motherjohn teshing rollercoaster..i could eat anything and not gain weight...and even when i didn't exercise i'd lose weight...fast metabolism is ur biggest friend..get it! lol

that'd be a miracle for me :T did you lose that weight from doing what you usually do?
