saw it yesterdayand tried it XD
I'm kind of surprised tho because I bleached it two times and dyed it over 20 times XD

^^ Skipping can help your calves cos it burns fat but at a certain speed and for a certain amouth of time it can make more muscle....i suggest do it for only like 20minutes for the first few times then straight after stretch out ur muscles so they dont grow bigger =)
20 minute work out sessions [like cardio not weights] is rly good to burn fat anywhere....especially arms and legs
your waist is harder so i suggest like sit ups
