^course its not long, well compared to urs laugh.gif hehe next time my hair grows out again i'll ask the guy to just thin out and layer my hair. i've never used a straightener and probably won't try using one, too much hassle.^course its not long, well compared to urs laugh.gif hehe next time my hair grows out again i'll ask the guy to just thin out and layer my hair. i've never used a straightener and probably won't try using one, too much hassle.

i was passing by the hair products section at a department start and stumbled upon fructis' manga head product. curious, so i opened it up, and it was this these nasty, layered green blobs in the jar, lol. someone most likely tampered with it, but either way, the consistency of it looked pretty gross...

also, anyone notice that gatsby moving rubber seems to attract fruit flies? dry.gif

ok, i have a question...what if a guy has REALLY REALLY thick hair? how would he get the "nice looking" hair like aaron yan's picture in the first post??? like...he thinned it out any everything at a salon but it was still really thick!!! O.O and then i TRIED to use the wax on it but it was so thick, making it heavy, that it wouldn't stay up!!! >.< HELPPPPP~~~!!!

Most of it is done by a straightener. Then I just use Moving Rubber Air Rise and hairspray.

spiking long hair isnt too hard =) theres a variety of ways and techniques to style long-medium hair~
in my opinion... tony's hair isnt too long lol
but straightening medium-short length hair helps much too~
anyways theres techniques like teasing and whatnot~
-dry~straighten~wax it up~spray it up =P

What is "whatnot"? I looked it up in google without success...
Man... so, you mentioned before that you usually only straighten the "bottom back part and sides"... but I was looking at your pictures... dude!! you do that with just wax and spray?!! it looks awesome

-------
btw... I've heard teasing damages hair, don't know if it's true... it's quite effective to spike medium-long hair, though

well straightening ur hair makes it easier to handle i guess... lol
but i guess u can try thinning it until u get the right texture and thickness and whatever~

yeah i only do the back part and the sides because thats where my hair gets alll wavy the most =P
a little teasing after the wax wont hurt either~ just need to keep it looking need after the teasing thats all
and molding it and w/e~ =P

well u can do it without the wax but that would take a bit more skill..
anyways... put the wax in........ take any kind of brush or a comb....[try getting a comb made for teasing lol] hold the ends and tease from the roots and go up..
comb it out a little bit depending on what style and how messy you want it....
u can try youtubing it to get a better image of how to do it..... but i had to learn the hard way few years back lol
