i think its ok dude, very mild and not a crazy do

hey remix, can u post up a picture of yours please :-)

ive posted it up 3 pages ago?

but here it is again

It was experimental at the time but i think im gunna sport this style from now on.

here are other angles that wasnt shown

I hope no one's getting the wrong idea that i was trying to put him down or anything.. cause that wasnt my intention. I was merely trying to be informative since i did a style that looked* like that and that's what i thought was kinda flawed about it.

@steph3n - as someone stated earlier it will take MONTHS to get that length. i think it'll be wise to go at it style by style few months at a time so you can still look good but have your hair gradually grow to your destination. I hope you understand what i just said lol..

that is exactly im depressed right now LOL

but back on topic...what do you guys think on the haircut? personally, i really think it's ugly, even the back/mullet part is way too thinned out... and the top is also a little bit too thin to my liking...

Yea I don't really like it either. I'm saying that because my hair was butchered too, almost similar to yours... LOL but much much shorter..The pic I brought in was one of Psychotic's pics.. but the stylist must not of been wearing her glasses that day dry.gif The pic in my avatar was my hair but maybe 1-2inch longer (at least 4-5 inches all over) before it was cut. &!@#%&* waste of months growing out my hair!!! fury.gif

Right now I'm taking Biotin to make my hair grow faster...
damn grow grow grow.. please!! tears.gif >_<

^ hehe i havent had any bad haircuts yet =3..
learning to cut your own hair is awesomee.. cuz then
well XD for one.. its free =3.. and if you mess up you're not paying someone to mess up your hair XD
and.. its not too hard once you get the hang of it =3 hehe

oh well.. when your hair gets cut really short.. it usually grows (or looks like it grows) faster so it should be okayyy
good luck next time =3

effing bs.....
i went to get a haircut.....and it turned out so freakin horribly....2-3 months of hair growing wasted right before christmas too...... :@
im sooo pissed...but that's because i dont know how to speak chinese, and the dude spoke broken english....omg.....its so freakin short.....

i think you should find a new stylist, one who is asian and speaks english.

on another note, i believe the saying "you get what you pay for" definitely applies for haircuts.

If only I was skilled lol.. I have Thinning sheers and my mom knows how to cut hair but I rather go to someone
else because I know she'll "accidentally" shave my head.. cause she doesn't like my hair long..
She has done it in the past.. accidentally cutting too short that I end up with a buzz cut as end results

I think I'll look for a new hair stylist.. The one that cut my hair did a great job in the past.. maybe she did forget to put in her contacts.. rolleyes.gif

Damn, sorry to hear dude, should've not gone to your stylist so early, your before hair looked too short still. And I must be honest, your after hair looks ekkkkk, ordinary typical Asian spiked hair.

Let it grow again, but much longer. And next time, bring the pic of the hair you want, so your stylist will know what you're trying to achieve.

Oh and one more thing, get a new stylist!! And don't be afraid to stop them during your cut.

hehe...i know...my new hair is really "eeeek" as you say LOL
but seriously, while growing my hair, when it reaches the "Before" stage, what do you suggest i do? it's so thick and makes me look like a dirty bum.....what should i do when it's not yet long enough but too long to style it to whatever? Wear a hat 24/7?

Even though your hair is thick, you can add product to it and experiment with different styles. That's what I did. Use a hair straightener to flatten it, if its too thick and boofy, then rough it up and do crazy styles.

Don't be afraid to mess with your hair because the more you do that, the more you'll understand what suits and what doesn't suit you.

That wouldn't be considered ordinary typical asian spiked hair.. the ordinary ones are much much shorter lol

and steph3n, i wouldn't really worry too much about your haircut. Usually thinned hair grows faster than usual.. well at least mine does lol

before : i was growing my hair...for the style that i will show you down later..but it was getting too thick so i just wanted thinning a little bit
http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/4173/spa0144cg8.jpg

after...so ugly i want to hide in my closet for xmas...
note that the styling was done horribly, done by hair dresser with gatsby clay, done very flat, so i spiked it up more when i got home, but screwed it up even more uglier...i told him to thin out my hair, JUST THIN, he chopped like 2 inch on the first scizzor and then i was like here it goes, it's screwed once again.
He gave me bangs, but then i told myself...why the f**k you're making me have bangs when you just chopped half of it away...so now i just spike everything...at least i think im planning to unless i get some decent suggestions
as for me, i have OSIS Modeling clay...and would definitly use some styling tips lol
http://img518.imageshack.us/img518/5844/newhairuglyed2.jpg

the style i was aiming for in a few months
http://img507.imageshack.us/img507/44/green1fk3.jpg

its not that bad... its nothing great but its not that bad...
but you went to the hairdresser wayy too early... your hair is wayy too short for that style atm...
but I know the feeling of thick hair..
I'm about the same.. it always happens... I grow out my hair and then go for a thinning and then get it butchered...
Its jus a matter of how long you can put up with the boofy hair...
like someone said... try straightening it, or blowdrying it down.. it helps...

don't worry its just hair! tongue.gif its not that bad.... its fine..
at least u didn't get like 4 inches of hair chopped off when you asked for a trim =P
but you might need to find a new stylist... find one and when you're happy stick with them...
they'll get used to your hair type and your style so they'll know exactly how you like it...

aww.. I wanna see what it looks like!!!
Don't worry.. the fawhawk style is really easy to get.. =D
if you wanna grow your hair faster.. I heard massaging your head...
but yeah.. =P don't worry.. don't think about it.. and next thing you know..
BAM! you realise your hair has grown heaps!!

My hair length now. Think it's long enough? I'll probably get a haircut sometime before Christmas or the New Year. Hair is like that cause I was wearing a beanie.

Mugetsu: Have you tried styling your hair with that length? Because to me it looks like a perfect length. It just depends on what style you're looking to achieve though.
