In my opinion, I think that if you're ugly, it doesn't really matter what hair style you have. A good hair style doesn't make up for your ugly face, does it?

well...... imo~ if u have an ugly face....... very nice hair could help a bit..... but wont exactly make that person look....... hot? lol

i think nice face with ugly hair is sooooooo much better...... maybe its me..... cuz i know how to do hair and junk..... i could always fix the other person's hair up and whatnot and make them look more beautiful than they already are....... i mean.... for me...... when i walk around and see someone who has a beautiful face.... but not soo great sense of fashion/style or with bad hair....... it screams out potential......... but when u have a person who has ugly face and nice hair..... it just ends there...... lol u cant really do much to add to their beauty i guess? and like whoever else said it...... a person with beautiful face and not so nice hair.......... leaves room for improvement XD

I'd say 6 months +....
depending on the nature of your hair...
It takes me longer cause I get thick hair and I have to thin it so I lose some length...

But by the looks of that picture, you've got thin hair...
so yeah about 6 months onwards...
also grow it abit longer than the style you want so they have hair to cut

sorry looking at it again.. make that 6 months...

....and im also in the progress of growing my hair....prob like 2-3 months to go...

Gosh, you cut your hair so short. Mine hasn't been that short since highschool, and back then my head felt so nekkid. xD

I'd say maybe 4 months, depending on how fast your hair grows.
