shiwen no offense but you hair looks a little too thin with the spikes a little too small and wet looking making it look quite unnatural or maybe its just the highlights..hmm.. maybe itll grow out to be a little thicker like whn its perfectly thick.

The hairdresser gave my hair a trim.
Then dyed my whole head a lighter yellow [than the colour of my bleach]
Then put on a swimming cap-like thing with holes poked in it and then proceeded to pull my hair out of the small holes...man...it hurt so much
i advise no-one to try it. hmm, they dyed the sticking out parts black.

quick question, do you guys get your hair cut to be a specific style or just cut it then figure out a style after?

can your hair do more than 1 style or just 1 way since it was cut that way?

It's called 'tips' when they use that cap. If they're good enough, they should be able to do it without harming you. I use to get blonde tips back in the days.

goto galleria supermarket. they have all the colors for moving rubber, all the solid type wax, spray and what not.
i work there btw =). moving rubber is like 10 bucks i think . gogo shing~

i think you are better suited for a short/medium length hair. the hairstyle in that pic is too long, i think it'll make you look way older than what you are (unless that's what you are going for).

i can't tell but you need to grow your hair out alot...
but then i don't think you'll get the exact same effect..
you hair texture looks different.. like your hairs too thick..
and aaron's hair is thinner...
