so.... how do i prep my hair for this

wow this one is pretty easy. just dont get your hair layered, let it all thick.

then cut the bangs and sides as top has (very easy i think) and its done.

i think... i might be wrong. but damn since top shaved his head, he did nothing to his hair, he just let it grow without thinning or cutting it and it always look like that.

i was amazed too of tops hair in gummy mv, i thought it was so cool, but thinking it better it looks cool cuz top is super hot, but the hairstyle is nothing very special at all.

hahaha would you like me to take a pic of a split end for you? i have a bunch of split ends lollll which means i should get a trim soon... and trim as in... to make it look "neat" or not so messy??? lol i duno how to explain...

Use a hair straightener to get the sides to lie flat like that, straighten in the direction you want it to go.

How long? Eerrrr they're about ear level. Show these pics to your hair stylist.

A product to use is hair fiber. Good luck.

If you want to get straight sides you mite need to get a straight perm if your sideburns are curvy.

^they are not exactly curvy... they just kinda "bow" a little, but i guess thats kinda normal. i was just asking how his are like PREFECTLY straight.

Difficult to tell as it is layered, some hair are short and grow from around the ear area, whilst some are long and start from the top of the head.

you cant really tell how "long it is"
what Pogichinoy said is right. its layered and its not grown from just a particular part of the head.
if you can imagine the side of your head, the lowest point is cut longer and gets shorter as you move up..thats how its cut to achieve that look. so really, its all different lengths rather than one length (layers)

not how it should normally be cuct to achieve the look you want

Well I finally got my hair cut and layered about a week ago.



^ I styled it really well with Air Rise for the first day or two, but now I keep doing something wrong and it won't turn out the same way >_<
I guess I just need more practice haha.
