meltingsnow: right now the rule of thumb (that can be broken if you are extremely adventurous) is no lighter than your skin color. Yellow/saturated blonde looks a bit trashy imho XD

Jacklee1993: I would say leave your bangs and sides as long as possible, you look good with them cause they frame your face, but if you hae a straightener or blowdryer, use it!

Just wondering, for the sides of Yuji's hair, do you achieve that affect by taking a straightener and pulling down at outward facing angle to "flip" the hair for each and every strand, or did he just do that with hands and product.

I think you look great with your old/short hair(: It's nice and complements you well while your long hair looks kind of flat? I don't know ... but I think you should cut your hair. Just make sure you don't cut it too short or it'll look kind of funny. Cut it like how you cut your hair in the first picture you posted.
