Can anyone recommend a short messy style? I've been looking all over, but cant seem to find any simple messy styles, just outrageous spiked ones. Looking for about up to 2 inches of length. And can you recommend a styling product with a matte finish for this kinda look? Any info is great!

Gotta bump this, sorry, don't mean to be rude, but it seems like its being ignored. smile.gif Thanks in advance.

edit: I've tried Bombhead and some of the sites posted on page 1. Thanks.

^^ Pretty dumb question for me, but have you tried bombhead?

I don't really know...what you can do with an inch or two of hair like you said...you don't want spikes but a clean cut, but I think that length is too short to layer...

------------------
I was looking on bombhead...I think this is a pretty nice hairstyle, what do others think? I wonder how I'll look with this. lol

i think the front ruins everything

The first and third seem very similar. I like the middle.

I love all these hairstyles though I doubt I could ever pull anything like them off. I'm more partial towards the simpler, cleaner ones.

fg0d take a look at the mens nonno and smart mags in the magazine thread at sufu, there's lots of nice, clean cuts in their imo.
I don't know if these are simpler than what you had in mind. It's harder to get messy with an 1 or 2 of length.

My web browser (IE7) doesn't have "show picture on it, so here is what I do (and simply what everyone else does/instructs).

1) Find the image you want to look at.
2) Right click on the image.
3) Go to properties.
4) Copy the link
5) Paste address into another page.

Those styles are a bit to avant guarde. I can do only 4 inches in length, it's too humid this summer. Any messy styles would be appreciated. Thanks for the help so far guys.

XD haha just wondering
how much has a hair straightener helped you O-o

cuz im thinking of getting my mom to get me one.. (100% ceramic of course)
cuz my hair is all like POOF and like not straight.. XD haha i want straight hair *sob sob haha

feedback pls XD~

i use a hair straightener when i spike my hair ha x]
i cant think of any other way of doing it because when i spike it naturally, it looks blehhh
due to the fact of having naturally wavy hair. =.=;

i've previously posted pics of my hair a few pages back.. so yeah. :]
here are the links again tongue.gif

http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d131/P00...ad-1-775048.jpg

oh and even when its long i can still manage to spike my hair, but it takes longer to do x__x
so i kinda got tired of it.

well.......i dont know. i just got my hair cut really short two days ago so this is my first time dealing with short hair. so when you say 'wavy them with wax and it's gone', i got totally lost.

if it's short, then wax might as well be gel mellow.gif

if it's short in every direction on all sides then i guess you would have to grow it out or go for the normal asian gel typed hair
