If you guys go to a salon, would you go to a caucasian hair stylist, would they know how to thin the hair and layer it with a good picture as well? Or do we really have to stick by the asian salons?

I go to a Caucasian hair stylist o.O and the place isn't them fancy places either its actually Fantastic Sams lol...but the person there that I request she does my hair right =S lol although I got tired of my long hair and buzzed it off...but Im growing it again so I'll update when its gets back to the right length =S I think if anything it depends on the stylist overall because each stylist hair cutting styles do vary person to person also O.o

i think your hairs fine..
muck around with the blowdryer or the straightener..
if you do it and it still flops.. maybe your hairs too thick? maybe thinning?

uhm iono about las vegas o.O but in LA, chinatown has some small street stores, you can just go there one day and walk around and take alook at some of the stores. i went to la dis july and i found them at a store called dori-chans plaza o.O lolz its not a chain store tho :/

And since Im total noob at all this, how do perms work. I feel so retarted but yeah, how do you a perm.

yeap looks better! doesnt look like it was chopped horizontally anymore. trust me i had that problem and i neva went back there. i bet once it grows out more you can make it a whole lot better.

what i would try next time is work on the back too. spike that like craaazy! it may turn out to be koo.

Actually thats perfect now. haha.. Yeah it was just that you had a lot of spikes before .. But this time you have a more natural look on your styling . Looks great, totally much better. Oh and hahah thanks . And no it doesnt bother me that you are girl on this thread.

It is possible to get that hair style. But a lot of those models use straighteners(to curl or w/e) before they style their hair with wax so they can get that really nice effect.As for perms I unno how it works. All I know is it makes your hair curlyish

When i got them over dis summer, they sold it for about 8 dollars T.T which supposevly they added xtra 2 dollars to it, i guess to earn more money on it T.T but if u got it from japan, it would only cost around 5-6 dollars :] but ive heard one of my friends getting it for 6 bucks so, gambatte

haha yay! I feel proud that I managed to turn it around, and yay estrogen? LOL

That little boy's hair is hella cute!!! Perms are where they put chemicals in your hair to accept the curls and then they put it in curlers and stuff to make the type of curls you want and let it set. Um for that wavy look your probably want a big width/diameter in the curls/curlers, but that is all I know. That and it takes a long-ass time to do and is usually mad expensive, at least for girls...

You can just go to http://www.gatsby.jp/tv/index.html. A bunch of styling videos for the different moving rubbers. Also has some videos that show blow drying, straightening, etc. Although I didn't find those that great.

neways i use the clay. the rubber doesnt work for me as it does for other ppl. i believe if you have thicker hair the rubber doesnt work as well as the clay does. but it could just me again...haha
