so ...the pulley thing is inside his pants and the shoelace is already tied up and you just retract it or something... 
this is just really complicated, i think i'll just tie it the normal way ...

HEY GUYS.. AND GIRLS..
if you noticed, at the beginning of the video, his pants was covering the shoe. well his shoes, ARE ALREADY TIED.
all he did was put an EXTRA shoelace on his shoe, to make it look like he didnt tie it ( note that he hid his tied shoelace/ the actual one )
and then he moved his leg back and forth so that you guys wont see that the untied string ( which is NOT attached to the shoes ) is going up his pants.
how did it go up ?? he used that pulley thing.
and in the end .. you see that his pants isnt on his shoes anymore.. thats becuase he is showing it now. before his pants was over the shoe so that you wont see it.
hope you guys understand
