I'm considering the same thing, but just doing an exchange for a semester through my university. Check out Korea University of Yonsei University. They both have very comprehensive websites that'll tell you exactly what you need to do to apply.
I don't know too much about Yonsei, but KU has a whole dorm tailored to international students, and I believe they both teach a lot of classes in English if the language is a problem.
You should think about whether you just want to study a semester there or if you want to go there for your whole degree, because the application process is very different.
Good luck!
