Hello, i got a video ipod, and recently, it got froze while on the Charged MODE< now it froze, i try to go into Apple website and reset, i try to connect to computer but it doesn't regcognize, i try to hold the HOLD button, i try pressing MENU and then CENTER< but it still not working!

anione have a suggestion? Thanks

I just wonder, if it froze, will it run out of battery and shut down so that i can try these steps again???

did you unplug it while it was charging? or did it just freeze?
when my video freezes i just let the batteries run dry and charge it again.. usually its 100% again after that =3
you can try holding the play button or the middle thingy... or switch the hold thing on and off on and off. Usually that works...

Homie i was having the SAME problem! did you try holding down the menu and middle circle thingy down flat for a while? I dunno when i do that it come sback on and the battery is better than ever. But i still have a problem charging it.

yeah! i figure that if i just let the battery die and then recharge, it will work! but now it makes me doubt whether Ipod worth all the hype!!!
